Promoting land through a Local Plan or Local Development Plan needs the right level of evidence at the right time. Too little and the site falls at the first assessment. Because transport planners and engineers work together, the evidence submitted at promotion stage is consistent with the design that follows at application stage.

Where an allocation is secured, we continue to the planning application and technical approvals with the same team, so the early work carries through.
