Apex provided transport planning and highways advice to support the redevelopment of the former Cardiff Motor Company and Three Brewers public house.
The proposals comprised the demolition of the existing commercial buildings and the delivery of 50 affordable apartments alongside a local convenience retail unit. The scheme forms part of the regeneration of a previously developed site within an established residential and local centre context, improving the quality of the built environment while providing new homes and services for the local community.
