We are thrilled to welcome Jordan Doe to Apex Transport Planning Ltd as Senior Highway Engineer. Jordan arrives to launch a new detailed highway design service at Apex. 

Jordan joins us with over 12 years’ experience in highway engineering and infrastructure, across both private consultancy and the public sector. He has led the design of complex roundabouts, signal-controlled junctions and ghost island layouts on schemes ranging from national trunk roads to large-scale residential and active travel projects. 

Having worked with Jordan before, and as others will testify, we know him to be an exceptional engineer. That he has chosen Apex to continue his career is a real coup for us, and a testament to what we are building here. 

We have always provided transport design input to shape access, layouts and movement at planning stage. Jordan allows us to carry that work through to detailed design and delivery, including Section 278, Section 38, Section 184 and Section 171 agreements, technical approval, and support through tender and construction.

For clients, it means the access strategy that secures consent is developed by the same team that takes it through to a buildable, adoptable scheme. That de-risks schemes from the outset and improves efficiencies later in the process.

Jordan will work alongside our transport planning colleagues in Bristol and Cardiff, and will be central to shaping how the service develops.
